Refunds and Returns

The sale of STL files is final. There will be no refunds or returns for those products. 

If you have NOT received an STL after purchase, feel free to email me or DM me on instagram. Please include the order receipt, and your preferred email. I will send it to you as soon as possible.

You have 30 days after receiving your items to inspect and report any issues. Unsatisfied with the product quality? Return the miniatures within this period for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Any undelivered shipments or missing/damaged parts must be reported within 30 days of receiving your miniatures. We take responsibility for successfully delivering your reward or replacement parts within this period. After 30 days, replacements may be at our discretion.
